WHERE TO EAT IN ALBUFEIRA?

There are so many, literally hundreds and then more, places to eat, it is impossible to even start listing them.
Every kind of food is available in Albufeira, from traditional Portuguese, to high cuisine French, Thai, Chinese, and Italian to Hamburger bars. Naturally, with the high numbers of British visitors, there is a profusion of Fish and Chip shops.There are establishments to suit every pocket, from a snack to a four course meal.
Fish features heavily in Portuguese food, from the simple dish of grilled sardines to caldeirada, a tasty fish stew. Grilled meats are also widely appreciated. Another favourite is feijoada, a bean stew, suitable for vegetarians. Other popular Portuguese dishes include bacalhau, dried and salted cod, cozido a Portuguesa, a stew of vegetables and meat, usually pork.
